If you are needing a refund due to a weather day, we will process them that day.What: You can’t miss with a tour of downtown Dallas. We will keep all refunds on file and process them the Monday after Christmas which should make them funded by Dec 31st at the latest. Refund Policy – If for some reason you have to cancel your ride, we are happy to refund your ride if cancelations are made within the 72 hr time frame, however, we do not have office staff to refund 1 or 2 transactions here and there throughout the season, so this year we are not guaranteeing refunds until Dec 31st. The Open Carriages have convertible tops, so they sometimes operate when the Cinderella/Princess Carriages and wagons cannot. This means if there is a light mist or threatening rain, but not actually raining, we will likely attempt to operate. The determining factor for us canceling any night would be based on our ability to keep the seats dry on the carriages. If we have to cancel due to bad weather, Refunds will be processed, on our end, within 7 days of the night after we canceled. We will attempt to contact you until we actually hear from you via text, phone, or email. Please provide a text friendly number as a contact so that we may reach a large number of people more efficiently. The Horses always look forward to that time of the night… Weather Policy – in the event of bad weather, we will start canceling reserved rides at 4:00 on the day of the reservation if we will not be able to operate. If you want to bring treats for the horses, we will give them at the end of the shift for sure. Small coolers or a thermos are certainly welcome.

Feel free to bring the cookies, candy, and beverages for the group. We will, of course, have Christmas music. The Parade Wagons are puled by a pair of draft horses which adds to the ambiance of the horseshoes clopping down the street. (15 Passengers) Likely our most popular choice during Christmas! These are perfect for multiple families, corporate parties, family gatherings, and Christmas Parties. Seating capacity is maximum 12 passengers. As always, We bring the Christmas music, you bring the drinks and Holiday Spirit. Perfect for a couple of families or a small group celebrating the Christmas Season.
(10-12 Passengers) These are Wooden Wheeled and pulled by a team of draft horses. This carriage is also available for the 5:00 time slot, but it will not be completely dark at the beginning of your ride. Bring the camera, you won’t want to leave without a picture of your night on the Cinderella Carriage. As always, Christmas Music is provided and you are welcome to bring whatever you’d like to drink. At least for an hour, make-believe can become reality. If you have that Little Princess that really believes she IS Cinderella, then give her that experience on the Cinderella Carriage. (up to 6 passengers) If you are wanting to impress for “Date Night” consider this a ‘one of a kind’ way to top off the evening, or get the evening started. This carriage is also available for the 5:00 PM time slot, but it will not be completely dark at the beginning of your ride. A group of 6 adults will NOT fit on this carriage, but it is perfect for 1 or 2 couples. This carriage is a bit smaller than the others. This carriage is for the romantic couple, date night with friends, or the immediate family to spend quality time enjoying the lights of nostalgic Highland Park. (seats 4 adults or 4 adults & 2 sm children) We bring the Christmas music, you bring the drinks and Holiday Spirit. Remember, we offer a 5:00PM time slot for this carriage, but it will not be completely dark at the beginning of your ride.
